Description A plus in style. It is not a standard whitening, it is a unique combination of lightening + Toning for a light and cool blonde as a result. Up to 7 rinsing heights for exclusive use or as reinforcement for the multi blonde blonde oxidizer of blondor. Applicable with natural and previously colored hair from 4S to 8S tones and suitable for any technique.   MODE OF USE FIRST LIGHTENED IN VIRGIN OR PREVIOUSLY COLORED HAIR Depending on the desired degree of rinsing and consistency, mix Blondor Extra Cool Blonde with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9% or 12% or Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4% at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:1.5 in a non-metallic bowl. LIGHTENED ON A HAIR ALREADY COLORED Mix 1 part Blondor Extra Cool Blonde and 1 part Blondor Multi Blonde Oxidizer with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9% or 12% or Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4% in a Ratio of Blondor Mix: Developer between 1:1 and 1:1.5 in a non-metallic bowl. APPLICATION IN ROOTS/ IN THE ENTIRE EXTENT Mix 1 part Blondor Extra Cool Blonde with 1 part Blondor Multi Blonde Oxidizer. FIRST APPLICATION IN VIRGIN OR PREVIOUSLY COLORED HAIR Apply the lightening mass evenly throughout the hair unwashed. The application time will depend on the conditions of the hair and the desired blonde. LIGHTENED ON HAIR ALREADY COLORED Apply the lightening mass evenly to the unwashed hair. The application time will depend on the conditions of the hair and the desired blonde. As the whitening is more diluted, the application time is more flexible than when using pure products. Note: We recommend that when you apply the color with more time-consuming techniques (such as silvers), you work with a less intense variety of Welloxon. ROOT APPLICATION/APPLICATION THROUGHOUT THE MANE Apply the lightening mass evenly throughout the hair unwashed. As the whitening is more diluted, the application time is more flexible than when using pure products. It is important to apply the product first to the roots and only extend it to halves and tips in the last 3-5 minutes.
