Cash on delivery orders: Cash on delivery orders include an additional charge of €2.50 for the courier service. This amount will be added to the invoice at the time of purchase.

Shipping restrictions: No shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, and Canary Islands.

Returns: If the courier service makes several delivery attempts and ultimately returns the package to our headquarters, a refund can be issued upon request. Shipping costs for both delivery and return will be deducted from the refund.

Orders over 15 kg: For orders exceeding 15 kg, a special shipping rate will apply. We will contact you shortly to confirm the shipping cost and receive your approval. Once the shipping costs are confirmed, you can proceed with payment via the following methods: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery (only in Spain).
