It incorporates emollient agents that provide conditioning and softness to the hair.MODE OF USEDo not wash hair before application. Wear proper gloves. 1. Mix, in a non-metallic container, the quantity of product required according to the technique to be made with the ratio 1:2. 2. Add OXIBEL ACTIVATING CREAM and mix until smooth and creamy. Example: 30 g of bleaching powder with 60 g of OXIBEL ACTIVATING CREAM. It is recommended to use a scale for the calculation of the necessary grams. 3.
