More foaming power for better application.MODE OF USEOnce the permanent is developed, rinse the hair with plenty of water and dry with a towel. Impregnate the bigudís with the neutralizing liquid. Leave on for 5 minutes. Unroll the bigudís and re-impregnate the locks of hair with the rest of the neutralizer. After 5 minutes, rinse with plenty of water
